Email our support team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Securely Package Your Item
Place the product in its original packaging with all included tools and manuals to ensure it is protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Clearly mark the provided RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package using a carrier that offers tracking services.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our workshop inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
